By accessing or using TeachPlayo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
TeachPlayo provides free tools for teachers, parents, and students to generate classroom resources. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or undermine the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the community library to publish offensive, harmful, or infringing content.
- Harvest other users' personal information.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
4. Content and licensing
Your generated materials are yours to use and share. By publishing to the community library you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and make those items available to other users. Community items you remix remain attributed to their original author.
5. AI-generated content
Quizzes and lesson plans may be generated with the assistance of AI. Please review AI output for accuracy before use in the classroom. We are not liable for errors in automatically generated content.
6. Acceptable use of community content
We may remove or hide community items that are reported as inappropriate. We reserve the right to restrict accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The TeachPlayo software, design, and trademarks belong to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
