How to play Word Chain

  1. Step 1. Gather your group: Whole class. No materials needed.
  2. Step 2. Explain the rules clearly. First student says a word. Next student must say a word that starts with the last letter of the previous word. Can be themed (animals, food, etc.).
  3. Step 3. Start the activity and keep time (10 min).
  4. Step 4. Debrief: ask students what they learned or enjoyed.
