How to play Jumping Jacks Count

1. Step 1. Gather your group: Whole class. No materials needed.
2. Step 2. Explain the rules clearly. Count together as a class doing jumping jacks. Try to beat your record each time!
3. Step 3. Start the activity and keep time (2 min).
4. Step 4. Debrief: ask students what they learned or enjoyed.
