Tips for Teachers: Holiday Party Edition
Prize Ideas
Small holiday prizes work great: candy canes, holiday stickers, jingle bell bracelets, or extra recess time. Keep the stakes low and fun.
Picture Cards for Young Learners
For preschool and kindergarten, call out picture descriptions instead of words. "I see a red hat with a white puffball on top!" Students find Santa's hat.
Themed Decorations
Make the game part of your holiday party decorations. Use red and green markers, play Christmas music between rounds, and set up a festive game station.
Multiple Rounds
Generate several card variations so you can play multiple rounds. Give prizes for different achievements: first line, four corners, blackout, etc.
