PE & Classroom Ideas
Sports Action Round
After each word is called, students perform the motion of that sport for 5 seconds. "Soccer — pretend to kick a ball!" Gets kids moving while learning.
Olympics Unit Tie-In
Use sports bingo during an Olympics or world cultures unit. Students learn sport names and connect them to countries and traditions.
Equipment Matching
Show a picture of sports equipment and students must find the sport it belongs to on their card. Builds visual recognition and vocabulary.
Team Name Challenge
After calling a sport, challenge teams to name a real professional team that plays that sport. Combines bingo with trivia knowledge.
